Safe Hounds Beagle Rescue, Inc. currently particaptes in several programs that enable us to raise much-need funds to help support our rescue efforts. The programs we have chosen allow our members and supporters to help us without any cost to them. We never pay anyone to manage fundraising for us; therefore, 100% of the profits from the programs we participate in benefit the Beagles in our care.
Through the "Cash For Critters" program we earn cash by collecting used digital cell phones, and PDA's (Blackberry, Palm Pilot, etc.), in working condition or not. Not only does this program help us raise much needed funds, recycling is good for the environment too! The money we raise by particpating in the Cash for Critters program will be used to help pay for veterinary treatment, medication, and spay/neuter surgery for our rescued Beagles. All earnings benefit the dogs in our care.
How can you help? It's easy! All it requires is for you to donate your used cell phones to us. We'll send them in for cash. You can either mail them to us, or for your convenience you can drop off cell phone(s) at the business locations below. Please DO NOT include any chargers, accessories, or manuals as these items are NOT recyclable.

Due to the enormous popularity of cell phones and PDA's in the US there are millions of used cell phones just waiting to be recycled. There are, however, specific guidelines that we must follow as to the types of cell phones the company will pay us for. Phones must be less than 3 years old and weigh less than 4 ounces.
